Return Policy
30-day refund policy minus a 15% restocking fee on all audio packages. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and to return the audio equipment in the original packaging it came in.
Defective Audio Equipment- If you receive any defective audio equipment, please reach out to the office (570)369-4010. We will provide you with a return RMA label. Once we see the defective item "en route" via shipping, we will ship out the replacement.
Return to Sender Shipments- We are not liable or responsible for "return to sender" shipments.
